horrible customer service
I bought a wave board for my son for Christmas. They sent the wrong one. I had to drive to ups to ship it back. Then I had to order it again at a higher cost. They sent me a new one. They were suppossed to credit me for the cost difference. I had to make 3 phone calls. All the representatives were rude, they tried to refund me a smaller amount.All the bother for their mistake. Never shop there again.

The bike is great! My daughter loves it- sparkles and all, and I love the bag that she can put her rocks and flowers in as we ride along.
The directions required a little thinking and problem solving, as the brake installation instructions were unclear to me.
